Hayes Ranch was founded in January 2008 by Miranda Kaiser, the co-owner and Executive Director of Hudson Pines Farm, and Robert Hayes Parton. The ranch was started to preserve the legacy and ensure the future of Hudson Pines Farm, as well as to grow in a location where the ranch more easily can bring its Top-Tier Simmental, Angus, and SimAngus genetics to commercial cattlemen. Hayes Ranch annually implants more than 200 embryos and, additionally, raises Simmental, SimAngus, and Angus calves (some of which were born at its sister ranches in Kentucky and New York).  Hudson Pines implants hundreds of embryos as well and is home to many of the Simmental breed's best donor cows.
